Tropicana Rose - Nikon D40Well, doesn't it just suck when reality screws with your plans to create? My day job has been so stressful and ridiculous lately, I haven't had any energy to work in the evenings when I get home.
Making a living from my art is a dream I will probably never realize, and I'm okay with that. It doesn't mean I'm going to stop trying for it, far from it. But just the process, the joy I get from sitting down to write or picking up the camera, is enough for me. I am grateful for it, and if I never make a penny from it, that's fine.
So, if you'll excuse me, it's my day off and I need to get outside with my Nikon before I lose my light.

I understand how you feel and felt the same way once. Honestly if anyone had asked me five years ago were I saw my self at this time in my life I certainly wouldn't have said working as a jewelry artist in my studio everyday with publications in my resume, who knew!?!
